SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC ships macarons throughout the United States using USPS as our third party shipping carrier. Orders are only shipped nationwide, using USPS two day shipping, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays (with the exception of overnight orders), Fridays, or holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday - Wednesday).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays.
There may be occasions where shipments will be delayed due to unavailability in the product. Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC will do their best to contact and keep customer informed on all shipping delays.
NATIONWIDE SHIPPING GUARANTEE
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.
P.O. Boxes are not eligible for shipments.
Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Our shipments are handled through a third party company.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for USPS.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. A signature may be required for delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
During peak holiday season in the month of December and November, orders may not ship the same day they are ordered due to the high volume of orders received. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email (email@example.com) and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC is not responsible for any USPS delivery delays due to the high volume that USPS experiences during the holiday months.
LOCAL PICKUPS: MACON AND JACKSON COUNTY
Specific pickup time and location will vary from week to week. Customers have the option to pickup in Macon County or Jackson County. Weekly pickups will only take place at specific times determined by Mrs. Sugar Booger unless other arrangements have been made. Pickup times and locations will be stated in the details once you select "pickup" at checkout.
Pickup time and location is subject to change up until 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled pickup time.
If orders are not picked up, there may be occasions where alternative pickup plans can be made but this is never a guarantee. We are unable to issue refunds for any orders that are not picked up.
All shipments are sent using overnight or two-day service in an insulated bubble bubble mailer with an ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit, NOTE: The ice pack may no longer be cold upon arrival. THIS IS OKAY! The ice pack helps the product stay cold during transit and may be thawed completely by the time your package arrives. Please read our full Shipping Policy for more information.
For best results, our products should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery. They can alternatively be frozen upon arrival for up to 8 weeks. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer. This is just our preferred way of enjoying them but some like them straight out of the refrigerator.
Colors may vary slightly from photographs shown as our products are made by hand.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC does not accept returns.
There are no returns or exchanges.
Circumstances pending, Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC will issue a credit or re-order.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Mrs. Sugar Booger experience! Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund, or reship.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders that are to be shipped can not be canceled within two business days of the ship date, Orders that are to be picked up can not be canceled within 24 hours of the time of pickup. For order cancelations, please contact our customer service team or call us at (828)508-0054 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
